Withdrawal Rights
According to Art. 64 and following of the D. Lgs. 206/2005, (Consumer Code), if the customer is a consumer (ie an individual who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not indicate in the purchase order form to KHARMA NAIL-a reference to VAT) is entitled to terminate the contract of purchase for any reason and no explanation is given under the conditions indicated below.
